Customer Focus

Beginning at the estimating stage and continuing through completion of the final punch list, DeLeers Millwork maintains a superior customer service focus to ensure that quality products are manufactured and delivered according to your project’s specifications and schedule.

Immediately upon contract award, a Project Team is created to manage each project. This team takes full responsibility for each project from contract acceptance thru final completion, with their goal to provide the most effective customer service and the most efficient production.

Each Project Team includes a Project Manager which provides our client with a single point of contact at DeLeers. The Project Manager facilitates the entire project through the Project Team, ensuring that our customer receives outstanding service and that the project stays on scope and schedule. Assisting the Project Manager is a Customer Relations Coordinator who also has experience managing projects for DeLeers Millwork. Together, these representatives ensure that every detail of the project is expedited within the Project Team.

The Engineering Representative works closely within the Project Team to provide efficient and timely submission of shop drawings. By mobilizing the entire Engineering Team upon their assignment of a project, the Engineering Representative can coordinate the drawing schedule according to the construction schedule. The Engineering Department’s cross-training and state-of-the-art programming enables DeLeers to provide shop drawings in a timely manner to avoid delays in the approval process and allow production to proceed efficiently.

At the same time that the Management and Engineering members of the Project Team begin working on each project, the Purchasing Representative begins investigation of material lead times and coordination. Upon receipt of drawing approvals, the Purchasing Team prepares the necessary orders to ensure materials are on hand for production to proceed immediately upon release of final shop drawings.

Once the project is released for production, the Production Representative from the Project Team is prepared with Production Coordinators and work teams. Each Production Coordinator will have been fully briefed on the scope of product going through the manufacturing process and each work team will have been given the building and material parameters to ensure that our quality product meets your satisfaction.
